The target group for the ‘standard’ service are whānau who are:
- Of working age (18-64); and
- In receipt of a main benefit with a medical deferral from work obligations due to a health condition or disability; and
- Enrolled in a participating general practice in the Auckland region
- Reside in the Auckland region.
The target group for the Responding Early service are whānau who are:
- Aged between 16-64 years; and
- Enrolled with a GP in Auckland region; and
- Live in the Auckland region; and
- In part or full-time employment; and
- Not in receipt of a main benefit; and
- At risk of losing their employment due to their health condition or disability.
